Broadening Our Horizons…

And ARC Design is reaching out to a wider area of clientele.  When design requests started to come in from other parts of the state, like Raleigh, Charlotte, Wilmington and Greensboro, we knew we had to come up with creative ways to give them the same superior customer service and custom design that we give to all of our local clients.  We are able to meet the needs of these clients through phone interviews, e-mail, the occasional road trip, and even Skype .  Skype became a very useful means of communication for us when a client was in Thailand for a short period of time.

Duplin County Tourism is a great illustration of how efficient our long distance working relationships are.  We were able to design a stellar website for Duplin County, along with several branding items including: business cards, a tab brochure, and rack cards.  We produced the website and branding materials without any sit-down meetings with the client, and communicated only by e-mail, phone, and snail mail.  We are extremely proud of the result, and have received many compliments on the website look and usability.
