Vegetarian

This page is going to be a diary of my adventures in Vegetarianism (A disease causing one to abhor meat in favor of greens, beans, and fruit).

This is simply a two week experiment that just happens to coincide with lent. Either way, it begin on February 15th and will last for 2 weeks.

*note all days consist of eating Sunflower Seeds as a snack.

Lunch: Veggie Fajita - Melted Chedder and Jalepeno Jack Cheese, baby spinach, plum tomatoes, mushroms, green pepper, fajita sauce and Grilled to perfection

Lunch: spanakopita and French Fries with Cheese
Dinner: Black bean Burger with fries. Also a white chocolate molten cake courtesy of Chilis.

Lunch: 2 slices of Cheese Pizza and a Salad
Dinner: Linguini with butter and Garlic Sauce

Lunch: Cheese Enchilada, Rice w/Cheese
Dinner: 2 7-Layer Burritos consisting of Refried Beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, three cheese blend of cheddar, pepper jack and mozarella and mexican rice
