| Designing since the mid 90s, Adam has left his creative mark, in the form of logos, billboards and graphic design work, both locally and abroad. With projects for local companies, restaurants and civic organizations, Adam has experienced many facets of the multimedia market. After founding ARC Design in the late 90s he soon moved his thriving business from Raleigh to Fayetteville, North Carolina, where it has continued to grow. |

Ryan Harrell | Partner |

With over a decade of experience designing and building websites, Ryan Harrell has brought innovation and direction to the ARC Design team. He worked for one of the world’s largest web hosts before starting his own successful website design company, RyneCo. In early 2005, Ryan joined ARC Design as Creative Director. Ryan married Jennifer in 2004 and they currently reside in Fayetteville, North Carolina with their baby girl Maddie. |

| With over ten years of HTML/Web Design experience, Rick has created and coded more than fifty unique web designs. His expertise ranges from HTML/CSS to the latest graphic design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Rick recently graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College with honors with a degree in Advertising and Graphic Design. This Marx Brothers fan and his wife Gina welcomed their son Lincoln into the world in early 2008. |

| As a child, Connie had two dreams. One was to become a famous singer, and the other was to write. Since she did not have a good singing voice, she concentrated on writing. She has been writing poems, stories, songs and plays for over 20 years, and has been writing journalistically since her early days of high school. It was only fitting that she receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications. Her emphasis is Public Relations, but she still loves to write. Connie and her husband Jeff have two beautiful children, Cody and Abby, and a feisty Shi-Tzu named Shiloh. |

| As a graphic designer, Isa adds a unique artistic flare to any project she is working on. This gifted artist has won numerous awards for her work, including a Professional Ad Club East Student Addy award. She is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing from Fayetteville Technical Community College in addition to an Advertising and Graphic Design degree she obtained at Pitt Community College in Greenville, North Carolina. When she has free time, Isa likes to travel and work out. |

| Angela came to ARC Design as our Administrative Assistant. If you call the ARC office, chances are it will be Angela's voice answering the phone. This New Orleans native is as fiesty, hospitable and ecclectic as her hometown. After a long day at work, Angela likes to relax with her pug Chloe or play boxing games on the Nintendo Wii. Watch it though, she's not just a pretender. Angela enjoys the sport of boxing also. The ARC Design team is proud to have Angela in our corner. |

| How did Adam become a Web Designer? By skateboarding. He designed his first website right after high school when he wanted to create his own skateboarding site. Now, with over seven years of experience, this self taught Web Designer is sharing his talent with ARC Design customers. Adam loves the challenge of creating and developing award-winning websites. He is currently pursuing a degree at Fayetteville Technical Community College. When he is not working, you can find Adam shooting pool or, yes, still skateboarding. |

| Ashley loves the reaction that customers give when she takes a piece of work they hand her, and she transfers it into something great. She graduated in 2007 with an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design from the School of Communication Arts in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ashley is a testimony to the success of Search Engine Optimization. She found her job at ARC Design on the internet, by typing in “Graphic Design Fayetteville”. This Dallas Cowboy’s fan comes from the much smaller town of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, where she grew up the youngest of four children. |

| Having started his passion for computers in 1982 with a used Commodore Vic 20, Lee comes to us with a long career in the computer industry. Originally from Phila PA, where he became the SysOp of a BBS in 1983 Lee is just as comfortable behind the keys of a Unix, Linux, MacOS or AmigaOS system as he is Windows. When not coding, his off-time consists of staying involved in the InfoSec community, and speaking at/attending various conferences. He is heavily involved in the Linux/FOSS communities, where he volunteers as the Fedora Ambassador for North Carolina, as well as, sits on the Board of Directors for the CarolinaCon Group and helps run CarolinaCon, a regional technology conference. |

| As the Project Manager at ARC Design, it is Kerri's job to make sure that jobs are getting done right and on time. She is the official voice of ARC Design, acting as the primary liaison between our clients and our staff. That's a tall order to fill, but nothing that this former Navy Fire Controlman (or woman) can't handle. After the work day is over, Kerri unwinds with her husband Carl, two children Kyrsten and Mason, beloved dog Sweet Pea, and two cats Sheero and Cotton Feet in rural Roseboro, North Carolina. |

| Ursula is a native of Fayetteville, born in Cape Fear Valley Hospital. She joins the family at ARC with about ten years of computer design experience. This talented website designer also has a Bachelors Degree in progress in Criminology. Maybe thats why she loves horror movies so much, and counts Judge Judy as her favorite TV show. Ursula and her husband John love to eat out with their children Jessica, Blake, and Ryan. You might run into them at her favorite local eateries, MiCasitas and Carrabbas. |
